I hate to be negative, but I don't even believe he's got potential. I HATE seeing Nate Washington in the games! I'm no expert, and I certainly don't have a solution to the WR situation, but I'm smart enough to see that it doesn't start with Washington. I hear he plays basketball with Ben.
