Summer is almost here, you’re on the road to a healthier you? Probably not, so here are some tips that you feel and look your best performance.
A goal – I mean something that really excites you DREAM. Why do not you try something you know you can achieve this goal. It’s not exciting is that? Put your dream destination. Everything is possible if your mind is set. Do not look for reasons why you have not reached, it can look, what you need to do to get there. Act now steadily improving, that never ends.
Tell everyone – If you know what you want to achieve that at all “is what I realize” Not only do they motivate you, but you do not want to let them down, so you work harder.
PLAN – Plan exactly what you are doing the exercise and what you eat. Failure to plan, plan to fail. If you do not have structure in your diet, you cheat and eat shit. ZZZ RELAX – you need to sleep, and you need rest, but it is not the same. Before going to bed you want, time to relax, to enter a state of relaxation before going to bed.
